What are the qualifications to be a Referrer or Referee?
- Referrer: Any Bybit user can participate—you do not need to have an active Bybit Pay account to refer someone.
- Referee: Must:
- Meet Bybit Pay’s general eligibility requirements.
- Reside in a country where Bybit Pay is offered (EEA countries are not eligible).
- Successfully activate Bybit Pay.
- Spend at least 10 USDT (or equivalent) via QR Pay or Pay Mall within 90 days of activation.
Note:
— Residents of the EEA countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway) are strictly excluded from participation.
— For each person invited, a reward of 2.5 USDT will be given to both the referrer and the referree.
When will the referrer receive their reward after the referee completes the task?
The referrer’s reward will be credited to their account within 10 days of the referee completing the task. You can track your reward status via the Bybit Pay Referral Program page and claim it from the Rewards Hub.
How can I verify if my referee has completed their task?
- You'll receive a notification when the reward is deposited into your account.
- Rewards are processed within 10 days post completion.
- You can also review your invitation history on the Bybit Pay Referral Program page.
As a referee, when will I receive my reward after task completion?
Your referee reward will be credited within 10 days of completing the required task. You may track your status and claim your reward via the Rewards Hub.
What counts as a successful transaction?
A successful transaction is defined as: A payment of at least 10 USDT (or equivalent) via QR Pay or Pay Mall, completed within 90 days of activating Bybit Pay.
Is there a maximum reward limit per person?
No. There is no cap set for referrer. However, referrers are only eligible to receive welcome offer rewards.
Why might my referral become ineligible?
If your invited friend engages in fraudulent, abusive, or inappropriate behavior, or fails to meet program requirements, you will not be eligible to receive the reward.
Can I refer multiple friends?
Yes. You can invite an unlimited number of friends and receive rewards when they become qualified referees.
What happens if my referee cancels or refunds their transaction?
- Cancelled or refunded transactions do not count toward the referral program.
- The referee must complete a valid, successful transaction for the reward to be triggered.
Where can I track my progress and rewards?
- Both referrers and referees can track progress via the Bybit Pay Referral Program page.
- Rewards can be claimed from the Rewards Hub once credited.
Can I participate in other Bybit promotions while joining this program?
Yes. Participation in the Bybit Pay Referral Program does not prevent you from joining other Bybit events or promotions, unless otherwise stated.
Why did my referral become not qualified?
You may not be able to claim the reward due to several reasons. For example, your invited friend may have participated in and received Welcome Rewards from our Bybit Pay Welcome Event, which is exclusively for new Bybit Pay users. Referral rewards cannot be claimed concurrently with the Bybit Pay Welcome Event.
Why might my referral become ineligible?
